We’re thrilled to invite you to be the first to experience our brand new Dungeon Master Course—an immersive, six-part series designed to take your DM skills to the next level. Led by our talented team of Dungeon Masters, each biweekly session dives deep into the art of storytelling, encounter design, worldbuilding, and running unforgettable games. Classes are intentionally small (just five students per DM) to ensure plenty of personal attention and growth. You can use your punch card for this class (2 punches per session), or opt for the full course fee of $300, which includes an exclusive 2024 Dungeon Master Manual, a 2024 DM Screen, and a Field Notes DM Notebook to keep your ideas sharp and your campaigns legendary. Please note: This course is designed to be taken as a full series—each lesson builds on the last, so we kindly ask for a full commitment to all six sessions. Upon completion of the course, you’ll receive an official Certificate of Dungeon Mastery—perfect for your wall, your resume, or your legend.

Time & Dates & Ages
For this upcoming semester, Sept 7th - Jan 30th, Last Kids D&D is available Mondays, Thursdays and Friday from 3:30pm - 5:30pm. For kids in elementary school, local pick up is available for free! We range preferably between 6 years old to 14 years old. We divide each group into their age appropriate groups.
About our D&D club
Last Kids D&D is the perfect place for kids like yours to express themselves through their imagination. For those who have never played before, we are the best grounds to learn. D&D is all about taking control of your creativity, being put in imaginary circumstances that encourage quick thinking with team efforts. We prioritize the children’s input so they can really get the most out of their game, whether that be focusing more on the world dynamic or on the conquest. Our Dungeon Masters are well experienced with children and have years under their belt with D&D. Each Dungeon Master is unique so we fit your child to a DM that appeals more to them. Our kids are eager for each coming week to see what's to come of their characters and the adventure that follows.
Costs & payments
$65 - Drop In | $250 Month to Month | $1000 Half a Year / One Semester | $1,800 for the Year
We have two payment method options, either in person(531 Graham Ave, Brooklyn NY 11222) or via Venmo (@lastplacebk). We accept cash or card. Before every semester, payments are due a month prior to secure the seat. After that, if paying month to month, payment is due depending on your start date, typically every 4 weeks. We provide your child with all the tools needed for the best experience.

🌟 Can my teen be a total beginner?
Absolutely! We wholeheartedly welcome newcomers and beginners. Our Dungeon Masters are seasoned guides, adept at helping hundreds of beginners dive headfirst into the game. Your teen will craft their character with just a few questions and let their imagination run wild!
🌟 Do they need to commit long-term?
Not at all! They can come and go as they please. Whether they're looking to dabble or dive deep, the more they return, the further they'll unlock their hidden powers!
🌟 Can I drop them off and go?
Certainly! They'll be immersed in the action, and you're welcome to leave them in our capable hands. They can even venture in and out independently if you're comfortable with it.
🌟 What if my kid is slightly out of the age range?
Age is just a number! What matters most is their passion for the game. If your child is eager to join the Last Place adventure on Sundays and is comfortable with the age group, they're more than welcome. Plus, they're bound to make new friends and might even want to bring their own!
📣 Note: Please give us a heads up in advance, as our spots tend to fill up fast! We're committed to accommodating your child(ren) with our many Dungeon Masters, but we want to ensure every kid has a seat. Our Dungeon Masters take a maximum of six seats each.

Michael Morck
Jeffrey is an excellent, knowledgeable, and engaging DM. He is superbly skilled at crafting games around players of all experience levels and enables player agency in fun and creative ways.
My favorite thing about a campaign with Jeffrey, aside from his wide array of eccentric voices, is how he is always willing to match the energy that you bring to the game.
If you want things to be a bit more serious, he is more than capable and willing. On the other hand, if you want a more lighthearted game or npc interaction where you’re laughing together at the table at your collective shenanigans, he’s just as glad to go there.
I highly recommend dropping in for a session with him!

Katelynn is a delightful DM! She never fails to construct a beautiful story with her oneshots and campaigns. I love that she’s incredibly knowledgeable of the rules and minutiae that come with the territory, but she never lets mechanics get in the way of having a great time.

Never having played Dungeons & Dragons before, or really any TTRPG, it was easy to feel intimidated to not only know the rules of the game but to be comfortable enough with everyone to express my non-theatre-kid self in such a new and extroverted way. But Nate has made it so easy. Questions were always welcome whether at the table or in private, and his direct assistance in building my first persona resulted in a character and a campaign that I'll cherish forever.
I greatly value Nate's carefree teacher energy, and how he's able to ground his rulings in real-world facts and logic, while still giving you and your character tools to–at least attempt–to accomplish the impossible. The table is always full of laughter, but those important moments still have weight. I never feel held back, but the questions that he poses in return have helped mold my character and their decisions significantly. I have rapidly learned to appreciate how memorable his settings and characters are, and how much like my characters, I never quite know what's in store next session.

Mari is the most well-rounded GM I’ve encountered in my visits to Last Place On Earth. She can weave wacky, stitch serious, and blend bloody seamlessly — all within three hours!
As someone new to tabletop RPGs, I was impressed by Mari’s ability to manage four distinct players during our January 7th MÖRK BORG session. From the “deletion” of an irradiated, cyclopean henchman in overalls and a fashion-obsessed nomad, to lovers trauma-bonded by literal holes and a magical winter mage singing legally-distinct carols, Mari made the nonsensical make sense, while maintaining tension in combat and delivering surprising story reveals.
Mari deftly balanced the table, giving shyer or less assertive players space to develop their characters, take impactful actions, and create memorable moments, while allowing more experienced or extroverted players to shine without overshadowing others.
Mari’s improvisational skills and storytelling flexibility make me excited to return to Last Place and continue pushing the boundaries of my comfort zone in the world of tabletop RPGs and beyond.

Marianne has been my Dungeon Master at LPOE for over a year now at ladies' night. She is welcoming and makes every session a fun space for all players. Stories flow naturally and with her well done pacing, every session is immersive and thrilling. One of my favorite aspects of being a part of Marianne's table is how open she is to all of our wildest ideas - even the most unhinged ones. She never says no and instead, she lets the dice decide the fate of our actions, even if it means more work for her as a DM.
